Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or change your child’s session, please let us know as soon as possible. We are happy to reschedule your session for free if you tell us more than 24 hours before the session starts. However, if you cancel or ask to change the date within 24 hours of your session’s start time, we will be unable to offer a refund as by that time, we are committed to running the session.
