Python 4 Kids is a computer coding workshop for children aged 11-16 during which they will learn Python syntax by completing a series of game-based challenges, building up their knowledge of Python syntax as they progress.
Roblox Coding 4 Kids is an all-day computer coding workshop for children aged 9-12 during which they will configure Roblox Studio, design games, and write code to customise the behaviour of in-game characters constructed from Lego-like virtual blocks.
Unity 4 Teens is a 2-day, 3-day or 5-day computer coding and game design workshop for children aged 13-16, during which they will complete a number of video game coding and level design projects using the professionally-capable Unity games engine and the MonoDevelop scripting tool. Attendees will learn the basics of coding in the C# language, as well as how to operate the Unity engine to produce polished, fully-realised games. Additionally, once attendees progress past the fundamentals, they will be able to attempt more advanced game design challenges, incorporating asset-store components and building out expansive game levels.
Arduino/C 4 Teens is a computer coding workshop for children aged 13-16, during which they will learn the basics of the ‘C’ language, by completing a number of coding challenges that run the Arduino Esplora micro-controller.
