Clicking “magic link” results in blank page being displayed

During the booking process, you will be asked to provide your email address, which will result in some parents being emailed a “magic link”.

After clicking the “magic link”, a few parents are being shown a blank page instead of their shopping basket. To fix this, follow the instructions for your particular device below (should take around 2 minutes).

We are actively working on a fix for this, after which this workaround will no be required.

iPhone/iPad (Mobile Safari):

From within the email with the “magic link”, press and hold the link itself until you get a pop-up menu to “Copy Link”
Go to your device’s browser, and open a “Private Browsing” or “Incognito” tab (the video below shows you how)
Paste the link you copied into the address bar of the newly opened tab, and continue to the Spark4Kids website
The shopping basket will be displayed and you can now continue through Checkout to complete your booking

Android (Mobile Chrome):

From within the email with the “magic link”, press and hold the link itself until you get a pop-up menu to “Copy Link”
Go to your device’s browser, and open a “Private Browsing” or “Incognito” tab (the video below shows you how)
Paste the link you copied into the address bar of the newly opened tab, and continue to the Spark4Kids website
The shopping basket will be displayed and you can now continue through Checkout to complete your booking
