During the booking process, you will be asked to provide your email address, which will result in some parents being emailed a “magic link”.

After clicking the “magic link”, a few parents are being shown a blank page instead of their shopping basket. To fix this, follow the instructions for your particular device below (should take around 2 minutes).

We are actively working on a fix for this, after which this workaround will no be required.

• From within the email with the “magic link”, press and hold the link itself until you get a pop-up menu to “Copy Link”
• Go to your device’s browser, and open a “Private Browsing” or “Incognito” tab (the video below shows you how)
• Paste the link you copied into the address bar of the newly opened tab, and continue to the Spark4Kids website
• The shopping basket will be displayed and you can now continue through Checkout to complete your booking
