Email from mum – received 29th January 20026: Imogen is on a school residential next Wednesday [4th February 2026] so won’t make her usual session. Is she able to swap to another day?

Note that refund should be through Enjoy Benefits, as Mihiri bought the course via Childcare Vouchers (and we always refund via the original method of payment).
